What is included in the lounge entry cost?

Lounge entry includes a selection of food and drinks from our daily menu, a sample of
which is included on the Menu Tab of our website. Our Wi-Fi is unlimited, and we have
numerous charging points. The lounge offers a number of gaming points as well as a small children’s area with books and board games.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

The maximum stay is 3 hours duration. Should your flight be delayed for any reason, additional hours can be purchased at the lounge.

Can I smoke in the lounge?

There is a no smoking policy in our Lounge.

How can I find out information on food Allergens?

We ask our guests with allergies to connect with our lounge team on arrival so that we can guide and provide accurate information on the daily menu selection. We take seriously the health and safety of all our guests and will do our very best to cater for you needs

I have a wheelchair; can I access your lounge?

Our lounge is wheelchair accessible and we look forward to welcoming you.

Do you have flight Information screens in the lounge?

We have flight information screens in the lounge; however no announcements are made
so please make sure you depart the lounge in time to arrive at your departure gate on time for your flight.

Do you have a dress code?

Our dress code is smart-casual, however we reserve the right to refuse admission if we deem clothing to be unsuitable for example, offensive graphics or text, in appropriate designs etc. If you have any questions, please contact us using the link on our website.

If I do not pre book, can I pay for access on the day of my flight?

We would always encourage you to book in advance. However, we welcome guests without a reservation via a cashless payment on arrival subject to availability.
